your drawing.
What should I include in an enquiry?
A dimensioned drawing, material grade, quantity, finish and delivery destination. Include tolerances, mating dimensions and inspection requirements where relevant. If you only have a sketch, tell us what still needs to be defined.
Can you quote several different parts together?
Yes. Send a parts list with a drawing reference and quantity for each item. Identify any bought-in components so we can separate fabrication and sourcing in the quote.
What are your size limits, tolerances and lead times?
These depend on the part, material, process and quantity. We confirm feasibility and the achievable requirements after reviewing your drawing, rather than applying one specification to every job.
Can you supply a sample or a small order?
Tell us the trial quantity and any later production quantities. Sample feasibility, setup costs and minimum order requirements are reviewed for each part.
